First Pathfinder Inc. (FPI) was licensed by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Office of Healthcare Quality (OHCQ) to provide services in these areas: Community Group Home, Respite Care Services, and Personal Support. First Pathfinder Inc is a for profit human service organization. . One of the goals of First Pathfinder Inc is to provide professional caring services that enhance the quality of life for participants with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. We provide excellent individual-centered care and supports that embrace a holistic approach.
With the help of our professional, well-trained, and dedicated staff, our agency provides opportunities for growth and empowers the participants we serve to exercise control over their lives. We provide programs and services that will enable the participants to live and work in the community and exercise their rights, choice, and freedom like every other citizen in the country. The promotion of independence, community integration, and dignity is the core of all the services we deliver. Our program and services are based on the participant’s needs and wants.
