Mission
The mission of First Pathfinder Inc. is to provide optimum care to participants with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the State of Maryland; to empower people with disabilities with the opportunities to live a quality life in a community setting that fosters independence and choice of the participants; to assist the participants, we serve to enjoy every resource in the community like every other citizen; to provide excellent care in an environment that fosters a sense of belonging and love.

To build strong communities by empowering the participants and protecting their rights as every other citizen, irrespective of race, gender, color, disability, sexual orientation, and financial status; to be the provider of choice, enriching the participants’ lives and strengthening families and communities every day.
