Community Development Services (CDS) is a service that is under the DDA Community Pathways and Community Support Waivers. This waiver program is designed to provide the participant with development and maintenance of skills related to community membership through engagement in community-based activities. In addition, CDS is designed to provide opportunities to develop skills and increase independence related to community integration. It also promotes positive growth and development of general skills and social support necessary to gain, retain, or advance competitive integrated employment opportunities.
