Community group home is a service that is under the DDA Community Pathways. This program is designed to provide support services to participants and their families to enable participants to work toward self-determination, independence, productivity, integration, and inclusion in all facets of community life across their lifespan. The program is also to provide the participant with development and maintenance of skills related to activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and socialization, through the application of formal teaching methods in a community residential setting.

Our Community Group Home option allows several participants to live together in a house, with the support and mentorship of full-time Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals. Ultimately, our goal is to establish a familiar and supportive environment that allows every participant to thrive, grow, and be a part of the community.
